if someone gets light ice/no ice what is the standard? am i supposed to give them extra juice/milk free of charge?

I was trained that light ice is base to the second shaker line, milk/juice to above the third line (about as much as the space between the smaller lines) I hope that makes sense. then a scoop of ice one size down from the drink size.

light ice is half the scoop and extra base. no ice is base to the water line and water/milk/lemonade to the top.
technically you're supposed to ring it in as "light ice / extra base" for inventory purposes but i don't think anyone actually does

Nope, these things were all in weekly updates which are company-wide publications. I wish it were easier to find any of them though, because it makes it very difficult to prove it.

I think they updated the training on this. I feel like I saw it on a weekly update a while back.
