Best (worst) reviews for your store? (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by kennsnaps
I've seen some posts about this recently and there is nothing better than a dumb/terrible customer exposing themselves as such!
A store in my district received a one star rating because they got a ticket for lining up for the drive thru on the entrance from the highway... Even though there is a huge sign warning customers not to do that... And they claimed their BARISTA did nothing to help in this situation. I had to laugh.

WHAAAAAT? omg it’s a miracle that we, as a species, haven’t died out from stupidity.

This is my all time favorite review. 1 star.

> This is the worst place to get a drink. They charged me a $5.75small fappachino. What is this?! Are they trying to rob me out of my pocket. This is unacceptable. I can get that dink for $3.00 from dunkin. I had to pay $6.00 for that trash. Starbucks need to lower their prize or I’ll sue the company.

"I am only doing 2 stars because I asked for a Caramel Machiatto Frappuccino and they told me they don't have that, all they have is the iced.....like really?!?!?! You two dumbledorf's couldn't put it in the blender to "frappe" it? I wasn't after the pretty layers just the taste.. Is it because y'all are lazy? Then on top of it, it took longer than usual to get me my "iced" drink while my husband's Frappuccino was already handed to him 6 minutes previously....still sitting here in line....just WOW!!"

Oh Karen...

We get bad reviews for our location not having lactose free milk, when I don’t think any sbux in America does??
kennsnaps [OP] 6 points 1y ago
We have it in Canada. It's definitely used the least of all milks, so it makes sense some places wouldn't carry it. There are other lactose free milk options though, so...

They complain we “only” have soy, oat, almond, and coconut. where in the states are you getting lactose free?? 😭

We got 3 stars for serving good coffee. Lol

"The coffee was very good which is unusual for this place."
