So referencing that pic, you at the moment are unavailable 7 days a week. If you are available at anytime on a certain day, simply check the all day box. If you are only available during a certain time period on a day, enter the earliest you can start and the latest you can work. The X button on the right clears any entries you made for that day. The + adds an additional period of time you're available for that day, example is "On Tuesday I'm available 6am-12pm and 3pm-7pm". If you are unavailable to work that day simply don't input anything

If you are unavailable a certain day, do not enter anything.

If you are available all day on a certain day, check the box.

If you are only available a certain block of hours on a particular day, enter the hours you are available in the entry field
