Who ever did the pull should have put a discard sticker on them, indicating when the 2 days out of the freezer is up. That date is considered the 'best buy' date and they are still good for awhile after (like milk, cheese, bread, etc that you buy at a store)

around a year ago, i took home an unopened pack of “expired” chocolate cake pops once and proceeded to forget about them entirely. recently was cleaning my room (my mental illness let it get REALLY bad) and i found them... they weren’t moldy or suspicious looking at all. obviously, i didn’t open them, but the point is that they weren’t even close to beginning to decay. i think you’re fine.

They are good by starbucks standards two days after being pulled but I have for sure had cake pops up to a week after being pulled- we donate all our food and starbucks told us it is good for 2 additional days that’s how we can donate the product they just don’t want us to sell it after the two
