We got up to a 58 and I think its mostly because of our location, we don't have a drive thru and have a ton of regulars so we are better able to connect with and get to know those customers

I have no idea, my manager just prints out a report from the last couple weeks and tapes it to the wall on the office desk

What determines the score?? I see it at my store and we are at 41 and I’m not sure what it means

We have a lot of regulars and we know their drinks so well (they come in every day) that we are able to have them ready before they even order.

ugh i want ours to get up, i work morning and like we do so well, but as the day goes in partners care less at my store
