Does anyone else get embarrassed when they spend alot of time in the bathroom?? My stomach is doing flips and I feel like I spend forever in here and when I come out everyone is looking at me

Bro I feel it. Sometimes I have something that just doesn't jive with my stomach. I'm not sick but I am in and out of the restroom. It's always embarrassing. I also try not to take more than 3-5 min. I dont want them thinking I'm adding a break 😅
