i’m so sorry.
i had a very similar experience at my last store, and i’m a SSV. i’m generally the hard ass/mama bear at my stores so it was new for me to come to a location with so much animosity, disrespect, and lack of accountability that seemed to all fall on my shoulders when in reality, i’m the only one doing the damn thing 99% of the time.

my advice to you is a thing i’ve done for years and was recently backed up by a union rep- it’s to keep a notebook with objective facts about your day. keep it in your car (or home) and write in it immediately after you leave so your day is fresh. try for everyday, even if it’s a few lines. good or bad. don’t rip out pages, strike through “typos” instead of erasing them so they can still be read, and keep your emotions for your personal journal but be blunt in your work notebook. “i did this and this happened.” “this happened and this person did this towards me.” try this for a couple of weeks, get familiar with starbucks anti retaliation policy, and then bring it to your SM and/or DM. this worked for me, finally, after reaching out to my DM. this has actually been my first full week out of that store and i feel like a new person. like i legitimately forgot what not being that depressed/stressed was like. i hope you get that.
best of luck.

someone else mentioned it here but witnesses are huge, mostly because it can shore proof but also in that it shows this particular behavior is likely just directed at you. make sure to include when other people were present when writing your objective notes.

I’m so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately one shift lead can make or break this job. I am in the same boat (not to the extent you are) but I have a shift that makes the floor awful to work on. I was told to talk to my SM about it from a good shift lead. Have a 1 on 1 and express your concerns. If your SM won’t listen go to the DM. All that needs to happen is one or two coworkers see how they treat you and talk to the SM or DM as well. You can’t be the only one seeing this or feeling this. In my experience everyone hates working with my shift that can’t do their job, and we end up just talking about it together instead of bringing it to the attention of a manager.

I feel for you and just know you aren’t alone.

You could transfer to a different store! Each store is very different from the next. I’ve transferred because of moving, and I’ll tell you it makes a big difference e
