We just use pitchers. And then keep them in our drive thru fridge. If we run out if pitchers we put a cube in the fridge

I call the iced coffee curtis “curtis” and the strawberry açaí curtis “roberta”. they’re married and have a kid named “toby” which is the lemonade toddy

We used to say that whenever we washed it, we were giving Curtis a bath. We didn’t have one from late 2019 until summer 2021 so when we got him back, some of my long time baristas started saying it again. My newer baristas were so confused by what that meant

I've been with the company for 6 years, and didn't hear the iced coffee urn get called curtis until about 2 years ago. Even now when I hear someone talk about "curtis" it takes me a few to realize they're talking about the urn.
