Also I don’t know what they offered you to start, but the minimum pay at all corporate Starbucks locations in the US will be $15/hr starting some time in June.

Tips depend on location and hours worked as they're split amongst the staff each week.
I work 20-25 hours a week in PDX and get about $25-35 a week.

Another thing is, they make you claim your tips yourself for tax purposes.
