Hello, AB CAN partner here. Just figured I’d try posting here as my SM and PCC didn’t know the answer. I just finished my interviews to be promoted as a SSV. The starting pay for SSV is $18.60 but I’m currently getting paid $18 as a barista as I’ve been with the company for a while.
My question is, does anyone know how the pay raise would work? Would I just get bumped up to the starting SSV pay or is there a certain dollar/percent increase? I really don’t think the 60 cent raise is worth it for all the added responsibilities lmao

here in the US starting shift rate is 27% above starting barista rate. do you know what the starting barista rate is? if so you can cross multiply and get an approximate idea of how much you will make. that's always worked for me, anyway!
