My interview was kind of fun but super scary. They’ll order you a drink for free for your in person interview! It’s usually just asking about your background work wise and your connection to coffee, your availability etc. I wouldn’t be too worried. Expect to be hired, starbucks is always looking for workers. also that confidence is a really good look on you during the interview.

Should I wear a mask? Mask mandates or no longer a thing in my area but workers should still do so. Would It be better to do so for courtesy sake?

yes! starbucks requires employees to wear masks and if you’re not showing you’ve done your research about the location you want to work at and their rules, tough luck buddy

yeah. in my state the mandate is lifted but all us working on the floor is required to wear a mask. and that’s all the starbucks in my state at least that i’ve worked in

i thought my interview was deep. they asked about prior work experience and like how you can truly your your strengths for the team what skills you can apply to work. i thought i didn’t impress my sm but she offered me a job on the spot.
