Hey! I’m not sure if this is a corporate rule or just my stores rule. But we can’t enforce mask wearing, only “suggest and offer a mask”. My town has a mask mandate. Why can’t we refuse service to customers who don’t wear one?

I was told by my SM that we can refuse service for no mask but that we shouldn’t for our safety and the safety of the customers. So die of rona or die from crazy anti maskers I don’t get it

i have no idea honestly, i really wish we could just enforce a mask rule, especially since technically we’re allowed to refuse service for any reason
