I put 2 earl grey packets in a short cup with hot water. While that sits, I get a venti cup with 5 pumps white mocha, a quad shot, and steamed oat milk. I leave room in the venti cup for the tea and mix it all together. It creates a lavender white chocolate mocha latte. One of my favorites for the cold weather!

when i worked there my go to was either

trent’s peach green tea, no water (extra peach in place of this) and 6 pumps of honey blend

or

grande iced chai w three (or four) blonde shots and oat milk

edit: but i would only get them on shift so i wouldn’t have to make another barista have to suffer

I start most of my shifts with a cold brew + two blonde ristretto shots. I like to end them with a black iced tea, 1/4 oat milk, four pumps of brown sugar syrup. Not things I would typically order or expect others to make for me - I keep it simpler and ask for an iced blonde americano if I'm stopping at other starbucks.

Line a cup with strawberry puree
Blend a lemonade with one pump of creme base
Pour the blended lemonade in the cup

It is heaven!!

Non-coffee:

Apple juice to line 1, peach juice to line 2, lemonade to line 3. Add ice and half pumps of base. Blend and pour on top of strawberry puree in the bottom of the cup.

Venti iced coffee with light ice, decaf ristretto shots, 2 pumps white mocha, 2 pumps chai, 1 pump mocha. Cold foam with dark caramel sauce or brown sugar syrup. Chestnut praline topping and extra caramel drizzle.

I'd never order one of these unless I'm the one making it because it is way too complicated to make the other baristas do it.

Grande Espresso Frappuccino 3 blonde shots no frap roast 2 pump brown sugar 1 pump cinnamon dolce add whip and cinnamon powder. I get this on very rare occasions like if I’m on vacation it’s a special treat to me lol

I don't really like sweet drinks, therefore I am boring. My go to right now is a tall triple blonde americano with Irish Cream cold foam and cocoa powder. No, it does not curdle.

Your drink also sounds annoyingly sweet, but only because I think regular refreshers are already too sweet.

If I'm feeling:

Luxurious? Espresso macchiato (ristretto and blonde) with Soy Chai foam (Soy milk steamed with chai concentrate).

British? I get a tall cup with hot water and two Earl Grey bags and steep until it's time for my ten. I then use sf vanilla, oatmilk, and cinnamon (If hot, I steam the cinammon into the milk) and make a London Fog.

Thirsty? Venti iced matcha latte with Oatmilk, Sf vanilla, light ice, and four scoops of strawberry. Made in the pitcher used for making cold foams. You end up with a smoother drink without matcha clumps.

When my shift is getting started, I usually just get and Iced Venti, sf vanilla, quad, blonde, ristretto, Oatmilk latte. This is the only one I order that is my usual at any Starbucks 💖

In the foam blender, add a little nitro, a little HWC, sweet cream, and a pump of pumpkin spice. Whip it up like three times. It’s like coffee pumpkin pie mouse. I don’t work there anymore and I miss it so much. I can’t order that lollll

It depends, sometimes I like the cookies and cream version of the cookie crumble. Usually though I just get cold foam on my iced coffee, complicated enough. Or my soy latte.

I hope no one from my store sees this because this will 100% ruin my anonymity here — my go-to drink is a venti iced blonde latte with brown sugar syrup, oat milk, and vsccf and cinnamon in the foam. My store is split on whether it’s overly complicated or if it’s just an extra-step flavoured latte with cold foam.

But if I go to other stores I’ll order a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with two extra pumps of brown sugar, sometimes decaf/partially decaf depending on the size and time of day

idk if it's actually complicated but vt iced latte(also good as cold brew) 4 pumps brown sugar 2. pumps vanilla, quad with salted caramel cf with brown sugar in the cf. Sometimes I get blonde or ristretto. I just got it made with sweet cream and double blended (no cf) and it was sooo good.

My favorite is a grande iced white mocha with quad blonde ristretto shots, almond milk, no whip, and extra caramel drizzle put in with the white mocha sauce and swirled into the shots.

My most complicated is a strawberry kiwi lemonade. Which is exactly what it sounds like lol. Strawberry acai and kiwi starfruit mixed with lemonade light ice and strawberry and kiwi inclusions usually get a trenta for my wife and I. I love it. She however gets a strawberry acai lemonade with raspberry syrup.

Haha this is one I only make for myself. In a shaker, do 2/3/4 pumps white mocha + 1/2/3 pumps toffee nut. Add cold brew to the tea line. Add breve (or milk of choice, but I rec breve) to the water line. Add ice and shake. Top it off with caramel drizzle. Adjust anything to taste :)

An old partner of mine taught it to me, but it doesn't have a name 🤔 it's really good tho

Salted caramel cold brew but instead of regular caramel in the foam I do dark caramel. For a hot drink I like a tall capp with vanilla bean powder and cinnamon but I don’t do it a lot as I’m paranoid about the vanilla going in the steam wand and potentially hurting it lol

Cold brew but the foam is salted caramel and Irish cream. But it has to be the right amount of cold foam to cold brew ratio or else I won’t drink it 😂😂😂 I go for a brown color if it’s ice white mocha colored nope.
