I used to take vocal lessons. Hot tea does have medicinal properties. It is not MEDICINE, but hot tea will in fact help you to feel better. Not BE better - feel better. I don’t think it’s wise to come in physically to a store when you’re sick, but a good alternative if you aren’t feeling well or have a sore throat is the mint majesty tea since it’s also good with honey. I used to use honey a lot to soothe a scratchy throat - yes, it’s a lot of sugar, but it was worth it to get the soothing effect.

I know these drinks are annoying to make in large volumes and I also don’t want customers coming in while sick, but I don’t blame them for getting the tea, it genuinely will help soothe the symptoms typically associated with not only COVID, but the cold and flu and even some allergy symptoms.
