My new ASM was DTO and he said that verbatim after I told everyone. Customers are absolutely ridiculous sometimes.

Um also secret menu drinks are not part of starbucks and we are not expected to know them. She needs to be specific with her order and if she's still unsatisfied she can apply or better yet order those items separate to make herself

Seriously! People think we know the “Secret Menu.” She just gave us the recipe and didn’t specify that she wanted the purée on top.
