This makes no sense. If you're going to go through drive thru anyway, if you just order at the speaker, your coffee will be made in order, and therefore hot when you get it.



If you mobile order, there is the potential that by some stroke of luck, there is a lull in mobile orders. So the mobile bar makes your drink immediately, but you won't get it until 20 minutes worth of drive thru customers get served first. By that time it's cooled off. Conversely, mobile might be swamped. If you'd ordered in drive thru, your drink would've been made in order. But because mobile has 47 drinks to make and people inside breathing down their neck, by the time your sticker gets dug out and your drink made, you've just tacked on an extra ten minutes to your wait, and everyone behind you. Your drink is hot, BUT AT WHAT COST???
