I had it today,
Lady: in the drive through yesterday I asked for my drink to be extra hot and it was just regular hot, so the manager said you would be able to take care of making that today along with a sandwich
Me: sure mam we have the drink and breakfast sandwich, total will be $10 something
Lady: o ok (scans stars and pays)
Lady: I was told you would take care of it
Me: yes mam I will definitely make sure the baristas know to make it extra extra hot for you
Lady: well I still don’t understand why it was $10 something, I assumed it would be free since the man I spoke to said you would “take care of it”
After that I asked who she spoke to and she had no idea …. I knew the whole time she was picking for a free drink, and maybe I was just having a bad day but seriously your going to make a big deal about your extra hot coffee that wasn’t hot enough and enough to come in on the same day to get it fixed??? These entitled customers are seriously getting to me
Also I knew I should have given her the free drink but after she had already paid and then brought it up I was done .

It’s like someone asking for a hot Frappuccino. I’m like Frappuccino are all cold what do you really want. They said a drink. I made sure I charge him the extra money

We had someone order a hot brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso today too, threw the bar barista off for minutes 😂
