Hi! I’ve been at my store for a while and have been thinking of becoming a shift? Any advice or anyone know what the process of getting hired it?

They’ve recently changed it. Let your manager know your interested and he’ll help you form a “development plan” and tell you what you need to work on.
Now all positions are on the partner hub and you can apply at will. But it helps if your managers talking you up

Talk to your manager, it's good to at least have the barista trainer part done and you can try for an opening at your store if and when there is one or in your own district if you don't mind transferring stores.
