she's so awful. look at any of my previous posts for more fun times but. me and another barista applied for ssv promotions at the insistence of our district manager because we've had one closing shift lead since november. anytime we've asked our store manager about the application, she acts like she has no idea what we're talking about, like we didnt apply, but the dm told us that she and him confirmed they saw the applications. she also ignores partners trying to tell her important stuff in regards to covid exposure. so i guess her latest scheme is just pretend the things she doesnt want to deal with dont exist and scheme to go behind our dm's back about things. if i wasnt basically living paycheck to paycheck i wouldve walked out by now
