Question about covid pay (self.starbucksbaristas)

How much is it for the 5 day isolation period? My shift told me they just doubled it starting tomorrow but I don’t even know how much it is

You get two paid isolation times per quarter at you regular pay rate. So in CA we get 80 hours a quarter.

I just had my first ever isolation and I got paid the 50 hours I missed over the 10 days I was out. 4 of which were my normal scheduled days off

I’m confused what they mean by it doubled? It has always been that if you’re required to isolate you will be paid for any originally scheduled shifts that you miss during the isolation period. Prior to 1/3 they were doing a set amount of times you could be paid for isolation, with the 1/3 update you are eligible to be paid for up to two rounds of isolation this quarter. All the covid policies are under the Covid 19 resources link on the front page of the partner hub.
