You can change your availability or request days off on the computer in the back room.

When they first rolled out the app, I downloaded it. Was met with a notification asking me to give Starbucks permission to access photos/videos/contacts/messages on my phone. Immediately deleted the app. This company has no business having access to any of those things.

Don't bother; the app is a nightmare of permissions, can monitor all sorts of things on your phone, and on Android sets up an entirely separate profile on your phone. Use the web version linked elsewhere in this thread instead -- way less sketchy shit, way easier to use.

It’s honestly an annoying process u will need a total of 3 apps installed. My sm told a shift to help me. If ur sm is too busy just ask a shift.

Log into partner hub ($1), enter "mobile app quick reference" in the search bar and click the first result. You'll find the instructions along with a QR code you have to scan to install the app, so look up the guide on a device other than your phone.

However, you don't need the app to request time off - you can use the web version at $1.
