i work at a reg starbucks but every time i go to target, there’s literally always one person working only and i feel so bad for them

since you already have the experience of starbucks at target, moving to a physical Starbucks would be an easier transition

Tarbucks here, it’s literally always understaffed. I still like it though, lots of regulars and yeah the occasional rude person but I like my coworkers and team lead so it’s alright. Plus my Target makes $15 over the local Starbucks’s $12 so there’s also that.
