The official isolation period is 5 days now

According to covid coach you have to either (a) be fever free and show improvement in other symptoms or (b) get a negative test or medical document stating you don’t have covid anymore in order to return to work.

You only get to stop at 5 days isolation if you meet that criteria

As long as she was fever free and her other symptoms were approving she was allowed back when your SM allowed her back. It doesn’t break any policies.

She still was coughing at work and started getting new symptoms. My shift leader told my manager and she still was able to stay and come in for more shifts.

can you report to DM or HR?
(I've also had a family member pass from covid recently, I don't tolerate coworkers or customers that come in with symptoms)

please tell the DM. try and have someone coordinated to close. she shouldn’t be working still if she’s still so sick like this esp with those hours.

i’m currently getting isolation pay bc i am positive for covid (i’m going on day 6 rn). starbucks approves 10 paid days for covid per quarter. what your manager did was unacceptable.
