So when the panoramic first started, we were told that we should clock in to do our temperature check and the covid coaching survey. Now that we have a new manager, we are told to not clock in because that's "before work" check in to make sure you don't come to work sick. Recently Amazon is being sued for unpaid worker wages for making them wait in line for temperature check/health screenings. My question for my fellow baristas is, do you guys get paid for doing so? And if anyone has a clue whom we can email and ask about this? I've been a partner for almost 8 years and it's so hard to get in contact with someone that's not just your manager or your DM. And they're going to just tell me that we shouldn't get paid but the answers I've received has been so inconsistent.
