how do you guys approach mobile nitros? (self.starbucksbaristas)

so at my store we have a mobile pick up section. everything is but in alphabetical order so it’s easy for people to just walk in and go. but obviously we aren’t allowed to make nitros until the person is there to pick up because they’ll sit. i noticed that taking the sticker and leaving it behind the counter doesn’t really work because it would end up in everyone forgetting about because we’re a busy store and the person would just stand there waiting forever. so i started putting the stickers on the mobile section so when they walked in they could ask someone about it and have it done right there. today a regular walked up to me and started yelling at me telling me he’d been sitting for 15 minutes for his drink and that it’s not out my coworker jumps in trying to ask what his drink was if it was cafe or mobile when i looked at our mobile section there was not a single thing there besides HIS sticker. so i’m trying to see if maybe i called this guy a dick for no reason or if he really is just dense

If they mobile order a nitro I will pour it in the moment I get the sticker. As an adult they are choosing to mobile order knowing it will sit there. People do that with frapuccinos even though they start to look a little weird after 15 minutes. If they want their nitro “fresh” they can order in person or Mobile as they are parking.

Depends on the location. I’ve see empty cup on handoff plane, cup sitting on top of the mastrena, or cup sitting under nitro spout.

I sit it under the nitro spout. Pretty much everyone who mobiles nitro at my store is a well known regular though and I pull it when I see them walking up.

We just make it when the sticker comes through. If they're mad abt it not looking freshly poured when they come get it 10+ mins later, thats on them

My store doesn’t do nitro on mobile. We’re entirely too busy to sit and wait for the nitro pick up to get there

If the sticker was somewhere he could obviously see and read, I would say he’s just dense. It does help to place it on a cup so that it’s easier to spot and so you don’t forget about it, that’s what my store does sometimes. Most of the time we just make it right as we pull the sticker since most of our customers come in pretty soon after placing their order
