The few times I have made a nice one I usually show them at handoff before closing it . Anxiety of course that they won’t care but when you show them you’re excited about it they are usually appreciative. One day we will get to do in cafe drinks in the ceramic cups again 🥲

it never really mattered for me because these are the only types of pitchers I’ve ever used:( I think for me it’s more about getting the micro foam right

It took me two months to make whatever as well as get it right with any drink even if it’s every back to back order during rush hour. It all comes down to knowing what makes it right aka-micro foam! I tried particularly designs until I got it right and I would watch videos on repeat of people doing it:)
