I'm gonna be honest with you. I've been with Starbucks for over two years. I'm good at memorizing things and I like structure and rules.

I have no. fucking. clue.

Half pumps are the bane of my goddamn existence.

honestly can we just get rid of them

Iced coffees get full pumps, so do specialty cold brews. I'd say custom cold brews get normal pumps of the normal number.

Iced teas confuse me.

Hi there! Hopefully this helps you out.
The only drinks that should be getting half pumps are frappes, which you should already have bottles with a smaller pump on them that automatically makes half pumps on cold bar. so you shouldn’t have to think about that too much unless they’re using a syrup you don’t have a smaller pump for. the liquid cane sugar and brown sugar syrups come in half pumps, but you don’t really have to think about that either because the pumps will already be half pumps. Iced Shaken Teas do not come sweet, but if they want to add liquid cane it will automatically come as half pumps because of the pump in the liquid cane bottles. If they add classic it will be full pumps. Yes, speciality cold brews get 1,2,3 full pumps but if they add their own syrup it will be the standard 3,4,6 full pumps.
