Mmm... hmmm... Hard to say cause I don't have those specific issues, but I really like my Lyra therapist. When you go and start looking, they have their specialties listed, so you can kind of zero in on someone who might be good for you. You never know, they might have a connection with someone who might be a good fit for you, and it's free. Might as well look IMO.

Personally, I struggled with similar issues (childhood trauma that I still need to unpack) and Lyra wasn’t for me. Maybe it was just my therapist, but my advice is if you have a feeling to switch therapists, DO IT. I feel like I wasted so much time :-( it felt very kiddish (it could’ve just been with the therapist I had!), she had me do assignments and watch videos which was not helpful for me and actually caused me to have more anxiety about not completing them😭
