Deleting old accounts (self.starbucksbaristas)

Has anyone ever tried to delete old bank accounts? I’m trying to delete an account from my direct deposit but it’s not letting me delete it.
It just keeps telling me end date precedes start date, but then doesn’t give me the option to change the dates.
I’m starting to combine accounts with my partner but I need to get rid of this one so I can add our joint account but it’s obviously not letting me.
Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

Are you making these changes in the store? I just want to make sure as you cant make any changes from a personal device. Once you get into MyPartnerInfo from the BOHPC, you will add an account, and once you do that, your other one will go away. It won’t let you just delete an account as the system won’t know where to send your paycheck if that makes sense.
