I forgot play builder is a thing (just like mydaily 😬). We don’t really use it.

Play builder is always the standard, but based on shifts knowledge and how it’s going you can always stray from it but the play builder is the standard still to use

i’m not a shift so take everything i say with a handful of salt, but-
my store is cracking down on following the play builder pretty closely, but idk if that’s just us or like everyone. and
i would imagine if you’re busy enough to have someone strictly on mobile/cafe you should probably have more than 2 people on the floor.
but i also think that doing hot and cold bar & just splitting the mobile/cafe orders by hot & cold would be more efficient, but you said otherwise so idk

I wanna say optional because we do it drive and mobile/cafe. We made the decision to stop doing hot bar, cold bar because it was actually making times worse. At the end of the day you do what’s best for the business 🤷🏾‍♀️
