Review: Cool Lime was more subtle than I expected and minty, but the lime topping was nice to bite to get some contrast - 7/10
Raspberry Loaf was from the pastry case so a bit dry :/ not as delicious as I expected, passable but not a strong raspberry flavor. I’d prefer the lemon or red velvet loafs to it - 4/10

God. I hated serving these to picky customers who would bitch about the color of the limes or if they had a "spot". They are all that color! Just opened them. Not expired. Not recalled. Shut up!

Yeah. Like the other Redditer said, they are freeze dried. That is what a freeze dried lime looks like before it gets slightly hydrated by sitting in the drink. You just refreshed my memory on why I do not miss this refresher.
