When you pour the cold foam, it slowly cascades down the back of the spoon and into the cup to keep the two liquids from combining and ruining the effect. This is also how you make undertoes, which is what gave me the idea to try this method! 😊

Seen it with undertoes but never had the issue with cold foam for cold brews unless the sweet dream wasn't properly made or mixed
