We tend to get our own groove as we learn but what I like to do is…
1. Grab frapp sticker, start next hot bar drink (pull shots, steam milk)
2. Prep frapp, toss in blender (batch what you can)
3. Pour hot bar drink, pass it off
4. Pour frapp and pass it off
I’ll have a similar process with any other cold bar drink too, tbh.
Teas can be a bit of a hassle due to the running back and forth but if it’s a tea latte I’ll steam that first and then get the teabags and whatnot

So usually if I see a hot drinks and cold bar drink combination, I make the latte first then move to cold bar to do a frap while the milk is steaming. Then I go to finish the latte then I do the Frappuccino. Then if there’s a refresher and Frappuccino , I do the Frappuccino first then make the refresher while the frap is blending.

I always pay attention to the hot drinks more because of the espresso shots. I will do one of two steps of the cold and watch the hot like a hawk. It comes with time and experience.
