mobile order discount doesn't work (self.starbucksbaristas)

i put my partner card on my starbucks app (used my computer to do so) and it says earns 2 star per $1 instead of three AND it doesn't apply a discount to mobile orders?? is there something else i need to do?

There is an extra step: go to starbucks.com on a computer and log in using the credentials you use to log into the app. If you go to your account settings, then personal info, there’s a space to enter your partner number. You might have to close and reopen the app or log out and in on your phone in order to get your discount to work after that.

Thank you for that because I also didn’t know. But I don’t see the option to input partner numbers under settings could I be doing something wrong?

It should appear at the bottom of the personal info section, below your address, as long as you're using the full version of the website. The option won't be there in the app or some mobile web browsers.
