they really do not see, notice, or track those things.
eta: my spotify benefit got fucked up when i transferred once, don’t ask me how, and my account was suddenly deleted. i use my spotify constantly so when i tell you that starting over was hell… ugh. don’t do it.

It's way too big of a company for them to check all of the Barista's social media, let alone Spotify usernames. On the other hand, you should probably change your display name because I'm sure you're embarrassed about it at this point in your life.

i have heard from my other partners that they just take the spotify from your pay. i haven’t used it so i am not sure. but if you sign up be sure to check your paystub

They don’t take the full cost of Spotify out of your paycheck, but they do deduct taxes for it. It should be a really small amount, like less than a dollar per paycheck.

go to mypartnerhub and i believe there is a view pay tab? something along those lines. you hit the little square next to the pay period you want to view and it pulls up your pay stub. i’m not sure how well it works on mobile devices though edit: sorry! it’s on mypartnerinfo
