We have a customer who always wants a berry hibiscus refresher with only one single berry. Puts it his name “Larry ONE BERRY”.

We called him One Berry Larry and he got quite upset overhearing it. Changed it to two berries. When asked why he stated “I don’t want you guys thinking I only have one testicle”

had this girl come in the cafe and was trying to figure out what she wanted order, so i was talking with her about it. she was really nice but when i asked for the name she said “santa” and this was during the holiday season so i was like “sorry.. what was your name again?” poor girl was like yeah it’s a rough time for me 😭😭

We had a Hot Mama come in every day and then one day her husband came to pick it up. He confessed he was the one who changed it and immediately changed it back when we called HIM Hot Mama. That Guy is a pretty frequent regular, except he changed his name to Sparkles McGee or something for the holidays bc it was his Elf on a Shelf’s name
