In my interview I talked a lot about how passionate I am about customer service and how connecting with customers was what I’m most excited to be doing working with Starbucks. In may I’ll be with Starbucks a year and I can still say this is my favorite part of the job:). SM’s are suckers for people who emphasize the “im excited to talk to knew people and get to know more about them while serving them coffee/drinks/whatnot”. Best of luck!!:)

Make sure you’re as detailed in your responses as possible! It’s an entry level job so we take candidates without experience so I’m never judging what you’re talking about as much as how you’re describing it. Also, be upbeat and friendly. If you do those two things you’ll for sure nail your interview 🙂

My old store manager wouldn't hire anyone who seemed quiet, so make small tall, ask questions, make jokes. It's not entirely professional so pretend youre making a 'customer connection' with the store manager! I feel like personality > job experience (in my store atleast)

Mine hired me on the spot. It was also a really chill interview, they asked me a few icebreakers to get to know me, my pronouns, even my zodiac sign, etc. Really don’t stress it at all. They may offer you a drink, probably will ask some general questions about availability, why you want to work here, what you think the position entails, etc. For tips, try to just look a bit presentable. I copied my outfit from the dress code I found online. Good luck, I know you’re going to nail it!

I don’t know if this helps but i’m living in germany and i straight up told them i’m still learning the language. Got in without problem anyways lmao. The tip from me is pretty much don’t worry about it that much, you’re getting the job.

Make sure to be yourself, even if your shy and awkward. And make sure you confident about it, interviewers love when your absolutely confident of what your saying. Don’t sweat it you got this 😜
