My partner hours app has not changed to show what other SSV's see on their app. My app currently shows only my shifts for the week other shift can see all the batista coming in for the day
Anyone else experience this and or have a solution
Only benefit from this is opening and knowing who to call when the haven't shown up or late.

hi! i was also recently promoted to ssv. my understanding is that you can’t see DCRs in the app, only on the actual website where you can find your schedule

The app is only for you. The one on the computer should show you everyone.

I can't see the DCR on the app, I have to use my browser. I don't know anyone who can see it on the app tbh

You have to go to the url version of the partner hours site and then you can go in and see the dcrs. It’s accessible on the back computer or through your phone if you google partner hours Starbucks
