Hi everyone! I recently got hired again (was a barista from 2017-2020) and haven’t received my onboarding email from talent acquisition. It’s been almost a week and i have been checking my spam box. I also made sure my email was correct. Has anyone else experienced this? It’s been about 5 days since I met with my SM and I still haven’t received it.

I remember mine took awhile too. Probably about a week and I ended up texting my SM (I had her number because she texted me about my interview) and asking about it. If you don’t hear back soon I would call the store at a preferably not busy time (or text if you have the number) they may have just gotten busy and forgot.
