iced brown sugar shaken espresso and shaken espresso help (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hello partners,

I need a little bit of help, does anyone mind telling me the proper recipe for these drinks. I am 99% sure I have the steps all mixed up. I am still a green bean and honestly just noticed this today. When this ticket pops up it just throws me off the normal sequencing stuff and I swear I fall behind massively for every shaken espresso that pops up.

Any help would be nice. Thank you, you wonderful people.

Brown sugar shaken esp: ice scoop for appropriate size in shaker, cue shots 2|3|4, pumps of brown sugar in shaker 3|4|6 and cinnamon in shaker, shake espresso with ice, pour in cup, top with oat milk
Shaken esp: appropriate ice cup for size in shaker, cue shots 2|3|4, classic CBS pumps 3|4|6, esp in shaker, shake, pour in cup, 2% to the top

I've mostly been making these right, but I'm curious how much milk 'to the top' looks like for y'all usually. I've been doing just a splash (cup is filled, but the color is still a pretty deep brown compared to a latte), and a lot of people do not seem to like these drinks after ordering them and find them too strong. But it's supposed to be espresso-forward, right?

Roughly 4 ounces is what you want for milk. It’s supposed to be an espresso forward drink. Customers now order light ice so it’s just a cup of milk and no longer what it was meant to be.

Mine turn out to be… around ½ an inch to an inch of oat milk to the top, depending on the ice!

The Brown Sugar Shaken espresso is a drink put in a shaker with cinnamon and brow sugar syrup as well as shots all shaken together depending on the standard for each different size. It is then put into the cup and topped with oat milk.

A regular iced shaken espresso is shots of espresso shaken with ice and classic syrup then topped off with your standard milk of 2% after being poured into the cup.

Each of these drinks do get an extra shot of espresso as well.

The chocolate almond milk shaken espresso is the chocolate malt shaken with espresso shots (also add shots for each size) and then poured into the cup and topped off with almond milk
