I just got hired 4 months ago and I received the POQ award. I joined starbucks because I was very sad on my corporate job 🥺😭

I have an amazing set of coworkers and I look forward coming to my shifts.

I just didn’t expect winning the award :( I love my coworkers and I truly care about them and my customers
