This is absolutely disgusting for a shift to say any of this to you.

I feel like I was cordial, and polite. Even offered paper evidence, course, she avoided me for the next couple shifts before I left. Must not have mattered that much 🤷🏻‍♂️

If a shift has concerns about a partners attendance it should be brought to the SM or ASM. Coaching should be done in the moment, and NOT over group message. Ever. Even in a private message this is extremely inappropriate.

Oh god, not this type of coworker who would micromanage. LMAO, whatever you do is your business not mine. I literally don’t care who calls and who does what and why people call off or what they do when they call off BECAUSE ITS NOT MY BUSINESS.. I don’t get why they care so much

Unfortunately this was in the store group chat as well, so of course ALL of the partners were reading this. None of them stood up for me. I left shortly after

Ew ew ew that’s so nasty 🤺🤺, I always defend my partners even when customers are being rude. I would’ve said something for you. I hate people who are like that ughh

Store group chats should not be a thing for reasons like this. Did your manager know you guys had one and that this was going on?
