Yeah, it was an emergency type of situation! So basically, I found out afterwards that facilitates did in fact turn it off, and emailed my manager back. But I update my manager two hours later and he thought it was off. I told him it actually never turned off at all on our end :( so we were still struggling. But yeah of course!! Ty ty!
