it is funny, but people mispronounce things all the time. you obviously knew what she was asking for and tbh it seemed like u were tryna pick a fight. i don’t know the whole situation or if she was being mean to you first but don’t be like that /: you never know if english is their second language or if they have problems pronouncing certain things. just repeat what they wanted correctly and move on. not worth a fight.

nah she was incredibly rude man. also very much a white lady who spoke perfect english. as a matter of fact, i’m hispanic myself and my coworkers and i agreed that she was probably being particularly hostile with me bec she was a lil racist. this woman, who came through our drive thru while our cafe was closed, started being belligerent bec she was waiting in our line for 20+ minutes to get her ‘cinnamon doleche’ and was once again PISSSEEEDDD when i told her we didn’t have the syrup to make her drink. she rolled down her windows and even started yelling at random ppl coming up to our doors to see if they were open, literally dragging random people into her cinnamon doleche rage. this was a customer from hell. i would never make fun of someone who wasn’t fluent in english or just mispronounced something completely innocently. also, i didn’t actually say the last part of my comment to that customer 😭😭😭😭 i was so nice putting on my best customer service voice and all while this lady went bonkers okkkk
