Tell the shift, they should notice regardless. But if someone is on CS and jumps on a bar unprompted that should be fixed immediately. Also, putting ice in a Nitro should have been the immediate red flag to tell them to do their own job. If this is a drive thru I’m shocked no one else has noticed.

I would definitely let your shift know so they can coach him on what is expected from him when he’s in the customer support role. He miiiight think he’s helping idk but just let your shift know what he’s doing and how’s it’s affecting the team and the customer connections. Ex. It’s throwing you off because he’s pulling your stickers and making drinks that should be in your sequencing and it gets too crowded with more than one person on cold bar. Also it affects the partners who are handing out the drinks because the customers take it out on them if the drink is wrong. It also affects the customers because they’re not satisfied with their drink.
