Deliberately make her order incorrectly and then tell her she should be happy she even got an order.

She probably has a salary and doesn’t get it. Someone said that with the pandemic and America’s current economy, the consensus is shifting from “employees should be grateful they have a job” to “employers should be grateful they have employees” and I think that’s something more people need to think about. People are being more hesitant to apply for or stay at jobs that don’t sound sufficient as far as pay, benefits, expectations, etc. and I think people like that lady are stuck in a pre-pandemic mindset with their perspective.
