For an actual tip, maybe just try and start up conversation if the store isn’t too busy at the time! As a barista I don’t mind talking to customers when i’m not swamped with drinks!

Like attracted to or like he’s a good barista who deserves recognition? If the first, every time you see him start winking at him, maybe an awkward Debbie Ryan hair flip. Then go up to him and order a vt cappuccino, saying you don’t want to order a complicated drink because you feel bad for the baristas. That line makes our legs jello.
