Im nervous I'm going to get canned today(self.starbucksbaristas)

So, basically I had to quarantine during the middle of January. It turned out to be a false alarm, and I returned to work for one week. During that week a coworker came in with covid and I caught it from him (im pretty sure) and by the end of that week I had a positive test, which I let my ASM know (our SM is on maternity leave)
So im doing my quarantine thing. Yesterday I sent my ASM a screenshot of my PCR test result that was positive with a text saying in case she needed it. She then told me im actually okay to come back into work today (the 31st) which I was weird because everyone else I worked with and exposed aren't coming back until Feb 2nd.
The other thing is that our store is on limited hours and we're closing at 1:00pm. So I said I could come in at 10:30 for a 4 hour shift. She asked me if I wanted to train instead, and I asked if she meant training someone or doing training myself and she just said yes.
Last minute this morning she asked me to come in at 12:30 instead, and I confirmed that were still closing at 1pm, so why am I only there for an hour??? She said that we had to close because of coverage and it will just be me and her there. Im so fucking nervous :(

This is probably a weird attempt at consolation, but you can be terminated over the phone. It doesn't have to be in person. So if she were just going to fire you, she wouldn't have to drag you in for that.

She'd also have to then ask you to stay with her so she can leave the store appropriately, nobody can just chill in a store solo. It would be such a terrible idea to terminate someone in person as the only two people in the store.

How it go?

She basically texted me 15 minutes before 12:30 saying my return date is the 4th instead. So I'll be heading in tomorrow. Interestingly enough, she asked me to come in 3 hours early for my shift on Sunday to do some training, or train someone, she wasn't clear on it so I guess we'll see?? Lol

If you're worried about consequences for being out, that's an ethics and compliance issue and you could report that. You're following the guidelines we've been given so that should be a problem.
Also, if you're vaccinated you should still ha e at least a 5 day isolation after a positive test result. If she insists on ending it earlier that's also a compliance issue and can/should be reported. If you still have e symptoms after 5 days, the isolation might last longer.
