Anyone elses store refuse to let then read their POQ nomination cards? Is this a new rule, or was my old SM doing things wrong?

My store has never had POQ nominations available to read. My SM condenses the things we said into about three points and puts it on a certificate. "For X, Y, and Z reasons"

My old SM would either read them allowed and pass them out on shift, make goodie bags with the cards. My new SM says she can't allow us to read them.

tbh most people just write a name and that's it. only some of the shifts bother explaining why they're nominating.

My manager puts all of the nomination cards on the board for everyone to see.
