i didn’t learn cold bar until after like 3 months of working here, i had to ask a partner if she would show me after peak.
at my store the training is TERRIBLE. i only learned window during my training. also there was no one training the new partners the last 3 months and my sm loves to hire a lot of people. i literally got so irritated working with people who didn’t know how to do anything i became a trainer.
i havnt even completed the training course and i started training. i’m probably an ass trainer but i make sure each partner has a basic grasp on each roll though :// i don’t want them to be as clueless as i was

It is only the matcha. Strawberry frapps don't get classic (says the Starbucks app)

It is not only the matcha fraps. At least for the US, both get classic syrup. Match fraps get 2-3-4 full bar pumps, which is a nonstandard build, while strawberries and creme fraps get 2-3-4 half bar pumps.

I was just studying the app, the app says the strawberries and cream doesn't get any but the matcha frap does.
